How to install a Cisco router?

In order to install your router you’ll have to perform the following steps:

STEP 1: Download the latest Cisco router management software from the Cisco Software Center (registered customers only) and install it on your computer. The latest release of this software can be found on the CCP website.

STEP 2: After installing Cisco CP, launch it by going to Start > Programs > Cisco Configuration Professional and choose the Community option where you’ll be able to configure your router device.
